Extinct Robotic
The subject of my work is speculation about biology, technology and the impact of new environmental conditions on the evolutionary development of physiognomic traits of insects and plants in the future. What skills would insects have to develop in order to survive in a changed environment? What role will the technology of the future play? In doing so, I extrapolate technological and biological trends from the present and the past and translate the gained knowledge into possible futuristic scenarios.
Detailed sculptures of hybrid mutations of insects and machines are created.
The prototypes are to be viewed as artifacts ported from the future to the present, turning fiction into reality.
